Eurobiomed is under the French Associations law 1901, composed of a Board of Directors elected by the General Assembly and an executive board with separate roles and responsibilities.
Governance is organised into three areas representing the various stakeholders:
- Research and Training, and
- Local Authorities and Partners.
Board of Directors
The Eurobiomed Board of Directors has 42 members elected by the General Assembly for a period of three years, eligible for re-election.
It meets at least bi-annually. The Board of Directors appoints the board members. It controls the activities and financial position of Eurobiomed and thus guarantees the respect of the association’s social mission.
The Board represents Eurobiomed and promotes the strategic directions and operational activities.
It meets at least monthly. Composed of seven members, it consists mainly of business leaders and is chaired by a recognised person in the sector.
The board members are appointed by the Board of Directors for a term of three years, unless re-elected. The president may be re-elected only once.
Projects Strategic Committee
Composed of 14 members appointed by the Board of Directors, the Projects Strategic Committee (PSC) meets twice a month.
Its missions include the instruction, assessment, accompaniment and certification of R&D projects supported by the cluster projects team with partners in each project.
