SILON THERAPEUTICS

The company SILON THERAPEUTICS aims to design, synthesize and evaluate the therapeutic potential of versatile and modular nanoobjects using its proprietary technology based on nucleolipid conjugates. This process makes it possible to synthesize amphiphilic molecules, composed of a lipid group covalently linked to a nucleoside, a nucleotide or an antisense oligonucleotide (ASO), and capable of self-assembling in the form of nano-objects. Organized around a hydrophobic core, these objects are covered with a lipid coat on which, in addition to an ASO, addressing peptides allowing their vectorization (active targeting) and/or chelating agents allowing the delivery of radioisotopes for therapeutic purposes (systemic radiotherapy). Our objective is to demonstrate the exceptional therapeutic potential of these nanoobjects by developing a drug candidate for advanced forms of prostate cancer.
