Solecooler

Soleccoler is a JEI created in 2019 in Perpignan, to develop soles that recover the energy of our steps to convert it into heat/cold (Climfeet) or electricity to monitor and protect (Warnfeet) our feet from blisters (athletes, workers …) or ulcers (diabetic).
Climfeet is a flexible honeycomb insole that converts the energy of steps into heat, like a heat pump, by compression/expansion of the air in the cells.
Warnfeet is a thin battery-free sole with around a hundred self-powered piezo sensors, connected wirelessly to the smartphone to constantly monitor and warn of pressure and temperature conditions conducive to the appearance of ulcers or blisters.
