Guillaume Merlin, co-founder of Gapzen, reflects on his experience with Move2Digital, the digital transformation support service offered by InExtenso Innovation Croissance in partnership with Eurobiomed and co-financed by Europe, the Région Sud, and the Aix-Marseille-Provence metropolitan area.
What was your initial engagement with Move2Digital?
We became aware of this initiative during our discussions with Eurobiomed regarding European funding. The comprehensive support, from the initial diagnostic to the delivery of a strategic roadmap, proved crucial for a nascent startup like ours. This program assists us in addressing the challenges of digital transformation, which are particularly intricate for developing enterprises.
Within a two-and-a-half-hour audit, we were able to establish a precise overview of our internal operations, current tools, and future requirements. This initial phase provided us with a clear understanding of our digital landscape.
How was the support structured?
The expertise provided was invaluable, both in validating our technological choices and in identifying critical areas for improvement. The support specifically highlighted our requirements concerning automation and cybersecurity.
In an environment where navigating the multitude of existing solutions is challenging, having an expert guide us is pivotal.
What tangible benefits have you derived?
The detailed report we received serves as a definitive roadmap. It enables us to clearly visualize our achievements, short-term development priorities, and long-term objectives. It functions as a specification document for our digital transformation.
This prevents redundant efforts and enables us to anticipate future developments for our solution, particularly concerning artificial intelligence. Without this initiative, we would likely have incurred significant time and financial losses in our digital transformation journey.
