Europe and the Occitanie Region join forces with Eurobiomed to accelerate innovation in healthcare

Thanks to the support of the Occitanie Region and the European Union via the FEDER fund, Eurobiomed will be stepping up its support activities for startups, VSEs and innovative SMEs in the healthcare sector in Occitanie.

 

" Eurobiomed supports innovative healthcare companies in their development and helps to turn the sector's nuggets into world champions, guiding them in all the essential aspects of their development: corporate strategy, business development, fund-raising, regulatory development, market access and intellectual property. Thanks to the support of the Occitanie FEDER , Eurobiomed will be able to deploy its activities more widely in Occitanie, and enable Occitanie companies to benefit from enhanced access to its services, " emphasizes Claire Naussac, Director of Support at Eurobiomed.

 

The program is built around a series ofstructuring support initiatives for startups:

  • Invest In Biomed, the annual fund-raising preparation course and meetings with investors in the healthcare sector.
  • The GO4BIO acceleration program, which enables a small number of start-ups to reach key value-creation milestones within 3 years.
  • The innovation communication and marketing path enables startups to refine their marketing strategy and turn it into reality, in particular through video production.
  • Forums des dirigeants, multi-year events that enable managers to enhance their skills on strategic subjects and develop a high-quality network. These forums contribute to a collective dynamic and to the dissemination of healthcare innovations in the Occitan region.

 

In addition to these collective actions, the FEDER operation also providessupport for individual companies, following the example of the Strategic Challenges.

Thanks to the support of the FEDER fund, this program is part of a long-term vision: to create resilient healthcare leaders, aligned with the challenges of ecological and digital transition, by providing them with a favorable environment. This initiative illustrates the shared determination of public and private players to create tomorrow's European champions in the healthcare sector in Occitanie.
