Impact study of the use of innovative digital medical devices in health or medico-social establishments.

Project type

This AAP aims to assess in real conditions the organizational, use or adoption changes made by innovative digital medical devices (DMN) after their acquisition by health establishments (sanitary and medico-social). It is therefore a question of supporting the implementation of a new organization within health structures in order to improve the working conditions of professionals and the management of patients by the use of innovative DMNs.

Project duration: 12 to 24 months.

Innovative DMN examples:

• Diagnostic assistance tools (cancers, fractures, sepsis, sleep apnea, etc.),
• Automatic analysis of patient data or medical images,
• EHPAD sound detection,
• Non -invasive monitoring,
• Preoperative 3D modeling,
• Pain management devices.

Beneficiaries

• Mono-partner, project led by public or private or medico-social health establishment

Funding

• Total expenditure plate minimum 300K, max 1.2M €

Type d'Aides

Characteristics of the supported projects

• CE marking of the DMN and not considered largely deployed in public establishments
• Financing of the impact study, including project management, the involvement of caregivers and the adaptation of software to ensure interoperability with DMNs.
• Mandatory criteria: ethical, regulatory, digital sovereignty, digital health doctrine.
