Project Type

This Call for Proposals aims to evaluate, under real-world conditions, the organizational, usage, or adoption changes introduced by innovative digital medical devices (DMDs) after their acquisition by healthcare facilities (medical and medico-social). The objective is to support the implementation of new organizational structures within healthcare facilities to improve professionals' working conditions and patient care through the use of innovative DMDs.

Project duration: 12 to 24 months.

Project Themes

Examples of innovative DMDs:

• Diagnostic support tools (cancers, fractures, sepsis, sleep apnea…),
• Automatic analysis of patient data or medical images,
• Sound detection in nursing homes,
• Non-invasive monitoring,
• Preoperative 3D modeling,
• Pain management devices.

ELIGIBLE ENTITIES

• Single-partner projects, led by a public or private healthcare or medico-social facility

FUNDING

• Total eligible expenditure: minimum €300k, maximum €1.2M

TYPES OF AID

100% of the assistance awarded in the form of grants.

Characteristics of Supported Projects

• CE marking for Digital Medical Devices (DMN) and not considered to be widely deployed in public institutions.
• Financement de l’étude d’impact, incluant la gestion de projet, l’implication des soignants et l’adaptation des logiciels pour assurer l’interopérabilité avec les DMN.
• Critères obligatoires : conformité éthique, réglementaire, souveraineté numérique, doctrine du numérique en santé.
