The AAP Grand Défi “Digital Medical Devices in mental health” aims to support innovative projects in the field of digital technology in mental health and psychiatry, and to promote the accelerated emergence of leading companies in their field, able to claim a global scale by accelerating one of the phases of development and market access.
Project duration: 12 to 36 months.
Project themes
Prevention, screening/diagnosis, treatment, remote monitoring by digital medical devices (DMN) in the context of mental health including, in particular, psychological disorders, addictive disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders.
The developments specifically targeted within the framework of this call for projects include three stages:
- Stade 1 : Développement de futurs dispositifs médicaux numériques en santé mentale (TRL > 4/5).
- Stage 2: Clinical evaluation for CE marking for future Digital Medical Device.
- Stage 3: Budget impact analysis (post-CE marking).
Beneficiaries
• Mono-partner exclusively carried by an SME within the meaning of European regulations
• A consortium whose "leader" company is an SME and bringing together industrial partners of any size and/or research partners, academics, academics, health establishments, foundations, user associations. A consortium may contain one or more large companies.
Funding
Present an indicative expenditure base of around €600k to €3m
