The objective of the Territorial Professional Health Communities is to offer better coordination of actions and structuring of health care courses at the scale of a territory. The South Toulousain CPTS encompasses a territory of 49 municipalities, 150,000 inhabitants and 1,200 health professionals and works with the various players in its territory: ARS, CPAM, MSA, public and private health / medico-social / social establishments as well as user representatives and elected officials. The CPTS of Sud Toulousain is a member of the National Federation of CPTS. Our missions are: 1 - Improve access to care by facilitating access to the attending physician and optimizing the management of unscheduled care in the city 2 - Organizer of multi-professional pathways around the patient 3 - Developer of prevention actions + Develop the quality and relevance of care + Support health professionals in the region |
