IVEHTE (In Vivo E-Health & Therapeutic Education) is a vector of behavioral change for the patient. Behavioral changes and lifestyle adaptations are the first treatments for patients suffering from multiple chronic pathologies (Diabetes, Obesity, cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, rheumatological diseases, kidney diseases, neurological diseases, etc ...). IVEHTE is created from the principles of Therapeutic Patient Education which is a holistic and multidisciplinary approach to patients suffering from these pathologies through several axes of treatment (medical, dietetic, physical and psychological activity) in order to induce a change in lifestyle. |
