The main purpose of the Company, in France and abroad, is the creation, development and operation of a website of offers and services intended to put doctors in touch with substitutes in order to assure the medical follow-up of patients and any ancillary service related to this main activity. The company will also offer to put doctors in touch via the site in order to facilitate ad hoc replacements, collaborations, associations, successions and recruitments in medical practices, clinics, hospitals, health centers. Recently, we have developed a section on the site that will allow doctors to guide patients in clinical research protocols in order to improve their care. The application will use an optimized detection system and integrate a semantic recognition system to accelerate the recruitment of clinical trials
