Eurobiomed, presents the Industrial cartography of the diagnostic sector of its regions. This second cartography, the first was made in 2014, comes from a survey carried out with 83 companies, 45 of which are in Occitania / Pyrénées-Méditerranée and 32 in the South Provence region Alpes Côte d'Azur, all from the in vitro diagnosis (DIV), imaging, digital diagnosis and interventional diagnosis.
A dense networkAmong the 83 members in diagnosis within Eurobiomed: 54% are based in Occitania, 39% in the PACA region and 60% are concentrated in Marseille and Montpellier. |

An extended sectorThe in vitro diagnosis (DIV) is still in the majority 50% despite the emergence of digital diagnosis; Imaging represents 18%; 16% digital diagnosis; Service companies specializing in diagnostics 13% and interventional diagnosis 3%. |
