BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The board of directors is responsible for determining EUROBIOMED strategic direction and then making sure that it is correctly implemented. It determines general policy, along with the association’s direction and objectives. It approves the action plan submitted by the executive committee. It represents all Eurobiomed’s stakeholders and includes 46 board members elected for a 3-year term.
