POCRAME has invented a mobile laboratory terminal named MEPHILAB for the rapid and delocalized syndromic diagnosis of acute infections and their differential diagnosis. This laboratory terminal, after a validated training including by people without medical knowledge required through a touch screen can help transcribe the symptoms of the patient. Once this collection of clinical signs done, the software recommends the biological tests to be performed according to a decision algorithm. They are made from a drop of blood, saliva or urine deposited on a reagent cartridge. The terminal is easily deployed in all isolation situations (maritime, extreme terrestrial medical isolation, population migration context ...). these tests must answer 3 questions: is the patient contagious and isolated?
